Chief Mold specializes in complete tool design for each tool procured. We have 6 design teams available to support your needs. From a simple 2D drawing to a complete 3D data base we can generate a plan to show you the operation of your tool, the flow analysis, potential ways to improve the final component and any risks associated to either the tool or the part. Our modeling is one of the best in the industry and we not only make tools to run in our own shop but we supply many molds directly for OEMs and other plastic molders though out the world, including other Chinese molders.

We can work with the majority of 3D Engineering software platforms such as AutoCad, Pro/E, SolidWorks, Unigraphics, MoldFlow, MasterCam and Cimatron.

DFM/ESI reports are standard for every tool ordered. These can be reviewed and approved or we can set up a meeting or conference call to go over all the details as you require.
