Chief Mold manufacturing

Chief Mold USA provides everything from just a mold for injection molding through a fully painted and decorated assembled part and all stages in-between.

We strive to meet and provide the level of services required by you, the customer, for each and every project. We know some of these needs are small prototype runs to prove a concept while others are high volume orders running over 50K per day. Every one of your orders is an important need to you and we value each and every opportunity to service you with value and quality.

Chief Mold currently occupies a campus in Yayao Villiage, Dongguan China. We own and are adding a second campus nearby to support additional demand. Both campuses are about a 45 minute drive from the Shenzhen airport or just over an hour from Hong Kong via ferry and car. We would welcome any audit with appropriate notice and will help facilitate transportation as needed by you and your staff.

Some of our current capabilities in molding are:
  • Single shot molded plastics in single or multiple cavities
  • Thin Wall
  • Clear Lens
  • Very small (cell phone push button) to very large (automobile dash and center console).
  • Two shot multiple material and/or color.
  • Overmold, for example steel shielding within thin wall plastics for RF isolation or added strength.
  • Gated and non-gated Family tools.

Currently we have in excess of 160,000 square feet of production area exclusively for molding and painting/decoration. There are separate areas for assembly. Depending on the needs we can set up a dedicated assembly area for your product.
